So as most of you know I am a personal trainer now and part of what I want to do is use this site as a diet reviews site since most of you are unsure of what diets are right for you, which diets are healthiest and which diets are easiest to stick with while maximizing weight loss results and help you lose weight fast.  Before you go out and spend money on cheap medifast or diet pills, read this first.  Hopefully you find these diet reviews to be helpful as well as informative.

In selecting which diet to review, I will analyze the diets that are most popular at the time. As a personal trainer I get a lot of clients seeking weight loss options yet most of them don’t know what fitness routine is right for them, let alone what it is doing to their body chemically to cause them to lose weight or gain muscle.  Just like it is important to know what gas to put in your car, it is important to understand what diet and exercise routine is right for your body.

When starting a diet routine also be sure to consult your physician about the amount of weight loss you should aim for, and the level of exercise that your body can handle.  Everyone’s body is different so please don’t take my diet reviews as gospel, just one personal trainer’s opinion on what works in the crazy world of weight loss.
